1. About Magnetfolio
Magnetfolio is a digital travel-magnet collection service that lets users build a collection, maintain a World Passport, receive gifts, unlock rewards and share collection images.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
3. Collections, gifts and rewards
Collection entries, Gift Vault invitations and reward credits are digital service features. A gift link may be claimed once, cannot be claimed by its sender and normally expires after 30 days. Rewards may be subject to collection milestones and may be claimed only once per eligible account.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt to access another user's data, automate fraudulent reward claims, interfere with security, distribute malicious content or use Magnetfolio in violation of applicable law.
5. User content and sharing
You control whether you share images generated from your collection. Before publishing, review the image and destination. You remain responsible for content or personal information that you choose to share publicly.
6. Availability and changes
We may improve, modify or temporarily suspend features to maintain security and service quality. We will take reasonable care to protect cloud data, but you should also keep a downloaded backup of important collection information.
7. Account termination
You may delete your account from Settings. Deletion removes your profile and cloud collection and anonymizes received-gift records where technically applicable. Some limited records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention or legal compliance.
8. Digital purchases
Payment functionality is not active in the current release. Before paid features launch, applicable prices, refund information, platform billing terms and seller details will be displayed at checkout.
